All About The Interletter Club:
What do I get if I become a member?

When you join the Interletter Club and become a member of this site, you are buying access to the the Members' Area. Inside the Members' Area, you will find a wide range of letters, notes and certificates from Santa and the Tooth Fairy, which you can print out for your child.

The idea behind the the Interletter Club is that you can print out lots of magical notes and certificates, then add your own child's name. You will also find other resources, such as printable colouring in pages and letters from other magical characters, such as the Easter Bunny.

More resources for you to print out for your child are added to the Members' Area on a regular basis throughout the year.

When you join you will choose a login name and a password. Then, for the next 12 months, you can visit the Members' Area as often as you like and print out as many things as you wish.
How much does Interletter Club Membership cost?

It costs £3.99 per year. After 12 months, you will be sent an email asking if you wish to renew your membership. If you do, you can pay another £3.99 for another year or, if you do not wish to renew the subscription, simply ignore the email. Your subscription will not be automatically renewed and you will not be charged for a further year unless you choose to renew your subscription.
What do I need to get the most out of joining this site?

You need a pen and a printer. We specialise in printable resources, so you will only be able to get the best out of the site if you have easy access to both of these. A colour printer is also preferable to a black and white one.
What payment methods are accepted?

All payments can be made only by credit or debit card. You will be paying via a company called Worldpay, which is run by The Bank of Scotland. Worldpay runs a secure online server and your credit/debit card details should be very safe.

Sorry, we don't take payments by phone or by cheque.
I have a question... how can I contact you?

The quickest way to contact us is by visiting our contact page and sending us a message. We are online every day and we will try our very best to get back to you quickly.

However, if you really want to talk to someone in person, you can always telephone us on 01253343991. (It's a UK number, so if you are outside the UK, you will need to cross off the zero and add +44 - also we'd really appreciate it if you remember any time zone difference which might apply, as I'm afraid you won't be able to get hold of anyone if it's the middle of the night over here!)
